Excellent location, warm and friendly staff helped us organize a day trip to the Similan Islands with ease, and the rooftop pool offered fine views of the beach.

Quick check-in and smooth check-out, parking onsite. Breakfast with the obligatory egg station and cheese, as for instance. Marvellous location very close to the sea, so close to Surfing.

The live entertainment was great and very entertaining. The location was great, in that it was very easy to get to the beach. We made use of the restaurant, which served good food.
We stayed at the hotel twice. Our first room was much nicer - location wise and especially condition wise. The bathroom in particular in the second room needed updating and because of this, felt a bit unclean.

Close to beach, nice swimming pools. Very friendly and helpful staff. I needed to print e-ticket and staff were happy to do this for me.
Hotel is up the side of a hill, not so good if you are unfit. Limited lift access. Didn't like being offered two single beds pushed together instead of double ordered, but staff accommodated with slightly less favorable room

The two beautiful pools were perfect for relaxation, and I loved lounging in the garden area under the sun. Just a heads-up that the room layout can be a bit confusing to navigate, but it didn't take away from my overall enjoyment 😊

Arrived very late at the hotel, the staff doesn't speak any english word. We had a reservation with a pool view but apparently the hotel was overbooked and they moved us to another hotel. Very poor room, no view, extremely noisy by night and in the morning. Fortunately we just had to stay few hours there.
